Our products are made to order. Please allow time for production before shipping.

Most orders are produced in 2–5 business days. Some items may take a little longer during peak seasons.

Shipping time (after production)
Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days (U.S.) after your order ships.

Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend.

Lost or delayed packages
Carrier delays can happen, especially during holiday seasons. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll help.
